Tonipayneonline.com ships within the United States, to Canada, Mexico, The United Kingdom, Parts of Europe and Asia. Please allow one to two weeks for International Order Delivery. Following credit card approval, your order will be processed within 1-2 business days (Monday-Friday, 9-5 PST).

For an Estimate of how long your package will take to arrive please take into consideration the following factors:

1. Your order should arrive within 3-10 days after it has been processed.
2. Orders only go out from (Monday-Friday, 9-5 PST)
3. Currently we only offer Standard shipping.

Returns Information

Your satisfaction with our products is guaranteed.  If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return or exchange clothing within 14 days from the date of order. The clothes must be in original condition, unworn, unsoiled, undamaged, unaltered, with tickets intact, and be accompanied by the invoice. Items washed, dry cleaned, torn, odiferous, streaked, stained, etc are not refundable. Please note, however, that cosmetics are FINAL SALE items and therefore cannot be returned for exchange, credit, or refunds.

Slashed items with Sale prices indicated in RED are final sale. All exchanges have to be made within 10 days of receipt.

Important Note:
1. Shipping charges are non-refundable.
2. You are responsible for return shipping
3. Allow 30 days for refund credit to be posted
4. We will not accept unauthorized returns (ABSOLUTELY NO EXCEPTIONS), all unauthorized returns will be returned to sender.
5. There will be a 25% restocking fee on refunds (if applicable you will be notified)
6. Items returned after the allocated return time will not be processed and returned to sender
7. Your refund or exchange will be processed after our returns department inspects and approves the item(s)
8. We always recommend that you send your return back via priority mail with insurance to avoid the possibility of loss during shipping.
9. Keep in mind it may take 7-14 days for credit to appear in your credit card once it has been posted by hotntrendy.

Instructions on returning products
1. Contact customer service at info@tonipayneonline.com to receive authorization
2. Indicate the reason for the return in email.
3. If approved, an email will be sent to you with a return form.
4. Fill out return form and make sure it is included in return you are sending back, this will help in expediting your return.
5. If item is being exchanged please include a print out or indicate which item you would like to exchange it for.
6. If there is a balance due to price difference, you will be billed and your exchange will only go out after payment has been received.
7. If there is a credit left of 5 dollars or less due to your exchange you will be sent a money order for amount remaining within 2 weeks of processing. Money orders may be sent along with your exchanged item by request.
8. There may be an additional shipping charge for exchanged items. You will be notified first.
